If a booking is cancelled seven days prior to arrival date, a service fee of $30.00 is applicable. For cancellations six days and under, the deposit is non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book the apartment. If a booking is cancelled on day of arrival the deposit is non-refundable and first night tariff will be charged.
Special cancellation/refund conditions apply for bookings for special events (eg Bathurst 1000 Race).
